Before your visit, please remember to:

• Bring your OHIP card and any private insurance information

• Remove contact lenses at least 2 hours before your appointment

• Bring your current or previous eyeglasses

• Bring any relevant medical documents or past prescriptions related to your eye health

Insurance & Billing Reminder:

We offer direct billing for many insurance providers; however, coverage depends on your specific policy. If direct billing is not available, the full cost of the eye exam will be due at the time of your appointment.

Additional Testing:

Certain conditions may require additional diagnostic tests, which may involve extra charges. These will be discussed with you during your visit if applicable.
