Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. All frames have one year warranty from the date of purchase

2. Frame warranty is limited to one replacement

3. Warranty does not include shipping or labor charges

4. Frame warranty covers manufacturer's defects only

5. We are not responsible for any prescription change made by the doctor

6. No warranty on scratched, chipped, crooked, or broken lenses

7. Deposit will not be refunded once the lenses have been manufactured

8. Orders are automatically canceled if they are not collected within 3 months

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can visit the store or contact us at Hello@KingandQueenOpticians.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and/or instructions on how and where to send/drop-off your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to let us know about any exchanges you may have, and once the return is accepted, we will reorder your preferred item of purchase. Exchanges are accepted up to 30 days after purchase the customers must pay for return shipping which will be deducted from the final price.

Refunds
Returns are accepted for 14 days after purchase customers must pay for return shipping and a 10% restocking fee for any returned orders. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus shipping or return restocking fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom lens orders (surfaced, progressive or specialty prescription lenses and contact lenses) final sales or sale items.
