We can have eyewear done next day in minor prescriptions. More complex or customer lenses are ready within 5 to 10 business days. We use premium lens labs to ensure the highest coating quality and accuracy. We will notify you the moment your order is ready for pickup.

We bill your insurance provider directly for services and products like prescription glasses, sunglasses, contact lenses, and eye exams. You simply pay the remaining balance (the difference between your coverage and the total cost), saving you from waiting for reimbursement.

Most insurance plans operate on a "use it or lose it" basis. While many reset on January 1st in line with the calendar year, some reset based on your employment start date oe last purchase date. Check with your provider to ensure you maximize your benefits before they expire, as unused funds typically do not roll over to the next year.

In-Store: Bring your insurance card or Member ID to your appointment. We will process the claim on the spot while you browse our curated collections.
Online: If you have a valid prescription, We will provide an itemized receipt once your order is processed, which you can easily upload to your provider’s portal for reimbursement.
